Job Summary

We are hiring an IT Asset Management Clerk to track and maintain records of company technology equipment. You'll help manage inventory, coordinate equipment deployment, and ensure accurate documentation across the IT asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain accurate records of IT hardware and software assets
• Assist with equipment check-in, check-out, and deployment
• Support inventory audits and reconciliation
• Coordinate with IT staff on equipment repairs and replacements
• Maintain documentation of asset warranties and licenses
• Assist with asset disposal and data wiping procedures
• Support procurement requests for new equipment

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT a plus
• 0-2 years of experience in IT support, inventory, or administrative work
• Basic understanding of IT hardware and software
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills
• Proficient in Excel and inventory management tools
• Detail-oriented and reliable
