Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working primarily with adult clients who are low acuity and seeking assistance with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, and grief counseling. It's essential to recognize that our platform is designed for stable clients, as we do not work with children or individuals facing severe mental health crises, allowing you to focus your expertise and deliver effective, targeted support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Counseling or related field.

• A valid and active LPCC (Licensed Professional Counselor) designation in the state of Oregon.

• A reliable internet connection and appropriate technology, including a working phone and PC or laptop (tablets are not supported).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time counselor position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a monthly healthcare stipend and free access to the platform's services as a client while remaining an active counselor.
