The focus and responsibility of the position of Director of Sales will involve maintaining and expanding our client base in both the advertising agency and client-direct segments.

This dynamic individual will pursue leads, persuade decision makers, as well as develop and manage client relationships. We're looking for someone that can turn conversations into long term partnerships and opportunities for growth.

Our goal is to develop new business with a clear focus on presenting the company as a multidimensional production resource offering client conceptual development and marketing strategy, production and post-production capabilities.

The individual should be a self-motivated, resourceful, detail oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The individual should have experience in creating sales pitches and presentations, with a strong understanding of the advertising and production industries.

This is someone that can walk into any room and leave people feeling energized, understood and wanting to continue the conversation.

Knowledge of directorial / creative talent and resources represented by Bark + 19 Below and involvement of presentation pieces representing their work will be among the responsibilities of this position.

Key members of the company will work together with the Director of Sales as a team in developing ideas and strategies to promote and grow both companies. This will involve client entertainment, involvement in the advertising industry organizations, scheduling meetings with clients and presenting new business pitches.
