Business Development Representative

Join a growing luxury real estate organization as a Business Development Representative. In this outbound sales role, you'll connect with luxury homeowners, listing agents, and real estate professionals to identify and qualify high-value real estate opportunities across the U.S. Your primary responsibility is to prospect, build relationships, and qualify opportunities before handing them off to senior leadership to manage the sales process.

Compensation: $44,000 Base + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

First-Year Earnings Potential (OTE): $85,000–$120,000+

Responsibilities:

• Prospect luxury homeowners and listing agents throughout the United States
• Build relationships with luxury real estate professionals and property owners
• Introduce the company's auction platform as an alternative to traditional sales
• Identify qualified luxury properties and motivated sellers
• Conduct 60–100 outbound calls per day, along with emails and follow-up communications
• Build and manage an organized sales pipeline within HubSpot CRM
• Schedule qualified appointments for senior leadership
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline reporting
• Contribute directly to the continued growth of the business

Ideal Background:

• Business Development or inside/outside sales experience
• Experience in real estate, mortgage, financial services, insurance, or other high-ticket sales preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, organized, and self-motivated
• Results-oriented and energized by performance-driven environments
