Business Development Manager

Now Hiring: Business Development Manager – Aerospace & Defense We’re partnering with a leading manufacturer serving the aerospace and defense industries. This company powers mission-critical systems for next-generation aircraft and defense platforms, with customers and programs around the globe. As they continue to expand, we’re seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives and expand their global customer base. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and defense contractors Build and maintain strategic relationships within the aerospace and defense ecosystem Work closely with engineering teams to align technical solutions with customer requirements Lead proposal development, bid strategies, and contract negotiations Analyze trends in the electric propulsion market and competitor activity Represent the company at customer meetings, tradeshows, and industry events Monitor KPIs and report on revenue and growth objectives What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering , Business , or related field Minimum 2 years of business development experience in aerospace/defense (ideally propulsion, power, or electrical systems) Strong technical and commercial background Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Must be a U.S. Person (due to ITAR compliance) #J-18808-Ljbffr
