Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at our center, you will:

• Provide individual and couples therapy to a diverse range of clients, addressing their unique needs and fostering a therapeutic alliance.

• Utilize a billing service that streamlines the administrative side of your practice by managing claims, receivables, eligibility checks, and payment plans.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions through notes and record-keeping; ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
\n
• Effectively schedule ongoing appointments with clients, maintaining an organized and up-to-date calendar to facilitate continuity of care.
\n
• Work with various clinical presentations, adapting therapeutic methods to meet clients where they are in their personal journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a wide spectrum of patients across various age groups and backgrounds. This diversity brings the opportunity to engage with clients experiencing anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. By providing tailored therapeutic interventions, you will help clients develop coping strategies and improve their overall emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

• A degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.

• The necessary licensure to practice independently as an LICSW.

• Demonstrated professionalism, excellent therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competency.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle a full caseload effectively.

• Self-motivation and the capacity to work autonomously while contributing positively to team dynamics.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with significant training and/or experience in working with couples will be highly regarded. Additionally, ongoing commitment to professional development, including participation in workshops and training, is highly encouraged within our practice. You should be available to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings, allowing for flexibility in client scheduling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, plus bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will also receive the following benefits:
