Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Crossroad, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples and families dealing with a range of challenges, including but not limited to marital conflict, blended family dynamics, and stress-related issues.

• Providing therapy sessions to both partners in a relationship together, as well as offering individual counseling focused on personal growth and healing.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues such as communication difficulties, grief and loss, child-parent conflicts, job stress, and adjustment issues associated with separation or divorce.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, including referrals to relevant services when necessary.
\n
• Documenting patient interactions accurately in accordance with clinic policies and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse client populations including children, adolescents, and adults facing varying degrees of emotional and psychological challenges. You will play a crucial role in helping families navigate issues such as substance abuse, domestic violence, and interpersonal conflicts. By working collaboratively with family units, you will assist in fostering healthier relationships and improving overall mental health outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

While a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required, we welcome both seasoned professionals and recent graduates who share our passion for improving mental health. Compensation and Benefits\n
