This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing therapists to conduct sessions from their preferred locations while maintaining a dedicated outpatient office setting for in-person interactions when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' psychological needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans that guide therapeutic interventions.

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and children, delivering tailored therapeutic strategies.

• Facilitate therapy sessions, employing various evidence-based methodologies that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and other proven modalities.

• Document patient interactions promptly and efficiently, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards, within a maximum timeframe of 72 hours.
\n
• Act as a mandated reporter when necessary, addressing any concerns relating to client safety in accordance with state law.
\n
• Collaborate with our support staff to maintain a full schedule of clients, focusing on reducing missed appointments and maximizing patient engagement.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention when needed, offering immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress.
\n
• Develop and maintain strong therapeutic relationships by providing continuous support and follow-up for clients facing challenges in their treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a varied patient population, which includes, but is not limited to, children facing developmental challenges, couples navigating relationship difficulties, and families seeking resolution to conflicts. Each therapist contributes to a comprehensive understanding of each client’s unique background and circumstances, thus ensuring services are tailored to meet individual needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensing as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of privacy and healthcare laws, particularly related to mental health services.

• Strong coaching skills to effectively guide clients in making meaningful, positive changes in their lives.

• Exceptional organizational skills to maintain accurate, easily navigable patient files and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing mental health services, preferably within a health-related or clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
