Work Environment

The position is onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy care tailored to the unique goals and needs of each patient.
• Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure thorough attention and quality treatment for every individual.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to design and implement effective rehabilitation protocols.
• Employ cost-effective treatment methods to enhance clients' mobility and overall function.
• Focus on non-surgical treatment options to reduce medication reliance and improve patient outcomes.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive care plans, integrating a variety of treatment techniques that address each patient's requirements.
• Customize fitness and wellness programs, tailored to the specific needs and goals of our clientele.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to provide the highest standard of personalized care.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, helping them to achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Promote health and wellness by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive patient support.
• Continuously assess, evaluate, and document treatment effects, diligently monitoring patient progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided, contributing to thorough patient care coordination.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with completion of an accredited Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in Virginia, with a clean record free from any sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy modalities, showcasing advanced skills in physical rehabilitation techniques.
• Experience in developing and implementing successful exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficient with electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly Web PT, for effective documentation and patient tracking.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current physical therapy methodologies, underpinned by ongoing research and best practices.

Preferred Experience

• Previous work experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, with a solid background in treating a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions.
• A track record of successful patient outcomes through personalized therapy approaches and dedication to patient education.
• Familiarity with innovative therapy techniques and technologies that enhance rehabilitation practices.

Compensation and Benefits
