Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for patients with orthopedic conditions, analyzing their specific medical histories and individual needs.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that incorporate cutting-edge physical therapy techniques aimed at resolving pain and restoring function.
• Regularly reassess patient progress by evaluating clinical signs and symptoms, adjusting treatment strategies and goals as necessary.
• Document all evaluations, treatment progress, and modifications using the clinic's electronic record system, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and timely completions.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery expectations and challenges, empowering them throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Meet and strive to exceed minimum service utilization goals to promote clinic growth and patient reach.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, particularly for patients receiving multiple services, to ensure coherence in treatment delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clinical focus will be on a broad patient population, primarily working with individuals recovering from surgical interventions, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program is required.
• Must possess current and unrestricted licensure issued by the Board of Physical Therapy in Virginia.
• Candidates should be willing to conduct therapy both in-person and through telehealth platforms when feasible.
• A genuine passion for working with patients of varying demographics, encompassing different ages, backgrounds, and conditions.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
