Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' range of motion, strength, and functional abilities to establish suitable treatment plans.
• Implement individualized physical therapy interventions and adjust plans as needed based on patient progress.
• Provide skilled manual therapy techniques to assist patients in regaining mobility and strength, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home care routines, and proper equipment usage to optimize recovery.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as WebPT, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor and manage your caseload effectively, prioritizing tasks and ensuring proper staffing allocations for seamless patient care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
