Flexi Motion Ortho Rehabilitation Clinic is seeking a passionate and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our outpatient office, where you will enjoy a collaborative atmosphere alongside other skilled healthcare professionals. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with modern therapeutic tools and technologies that empower you to execute effective intervention strategies. Work hours are designed to provide balanced professional and personal time, typically running Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3 pm or 8 am to 4 pm. Our clinic supports a culture of open communication, where feedback and professional growth are encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Flexi Motion Ortho Rehabilitation Clinic, you will:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of each patient's condition and needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide high-quality therapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education on injury prevention.
• Collaborate with our skilled nursing facility partners and internal therapy team to deliver seamless, coordinated care to ensure continuity throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Conduct informative education sessions for patients, family members, and caregivers about therapeutic practices and the importance of active engagement in the rehabilitation process.
• Participate actively in Care Plan Meetings, offering insights and monitoring patient progress while collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
• Accurately document treatment sessions and patient outcomes in compliance with federal and state regulations, ensuring high standards of practice.
• Stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy by participating in continuing education programs and interdisciplinary in-services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on treating adults and elders recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and age-related conditions such as arthritis. You will engage with patients experiencing various challenges that affect mobility, strength, and daily functionality. Your role is crucial in facilitating their recovery through targeted physical therapy techniques and methods that are evidence-based and personalized.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following credentials:

• A valid Physical Therapist license in good standing within the state of Virginia.
• A Bachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Current CPR certification and a valid driver's license with automobile insurance.
• A strong commitment to clinical excellence, quality patient care, and ethical practices.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment driven by compassion and results.

Preferred Experience

While experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred, it is not mandatory. However, candidates with knowledge of federal, state, and governing agency regulations and those with a creative approach to patient rehabilitation will stand out. Demonstrating a commitment to thought leadership and an eagerness for lifelong learning and professional development is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
