This role offers a structured work schedule, typically from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend hours based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments and develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, utilizing evidence-based methods and solution-focused interventions.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized techniques to guide clients towards positive outcomes.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical records, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices in the mental health field.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to devise and implement holistic treatment strategies.

• Participate actively in case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing ideas to enhance the quality of our services and the effectiveness of treatments provided.

• Educate clients and their families about various mental health conditions, treatment paths, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Keep abreast of the latest research developments in mental health to continually improve therapeutic practices and client outcomes.

• Manage a diverse caseload of patients efficiently, ensuring timely and appropriate care while adhering to the ethical standards set forth by your licensing board.

Qualifications\n
