Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to establish clients’ mental health needs and treatment goals.

• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to a diverse range of conditions including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques in a culturally responsive manner.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure integrated care and appropriate referrals when necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
