T itle: Lead Channel Solutions Engineer Location: UK or Germany; Remote Experience: Senior Job Function: Solutions Engineering Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The Lead Channel Solutions Engineer is responsible for driving complex technical sales strategies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Collaborate with senior management to align technical sales efforts with company objectives, and lead major sales opportunities, acting as the primary technical expert. The position is a remote role based in the UK and applicants must hold a valid Right to Work in the UK. Responsibilities Develop and implement complex technical sales strategies to effectively address partners needs and maximize sales opportunities. Collaborate closely with senior management to align technical sales efforts with company objectives and priorities, ensuring consistency with overall business strategies. Act as the primary technical expert during major sales opportunities, providing in-depth knowledge and guidance to partners and internal teams. Lead the development of high-quality solutions, ensuring that they meet or exceed partners and customers expectations, and deliver value. Serve as a liaison between sales, engineering, and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure successful solution delivery. Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes and strategies to improve effectiveness and drive business growth. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations to support ongoing sales efforts. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to sales teams, helping them understand and articulate the technical aspects of products and solutions. Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Expertise in driving complex technical sales strategies and leading major sales opportunities. Ability to collaborate with senior management to align technical sales efforts with company objectives. Strong decision-making skills to navigate critical sales situations and drive outcomes. Innovative thinking to develop creative solutions that differentiate the company in the market.
