Commercial Execution Manager - Cardiac Rhythm Technologies Location: Austin, TX (fully onsite). Reports to the Director of Commercial Execution. Job Overview As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, Abbott focuses on innovative technologies that improve the treatment of heart arrhythmias. The Commercial Execution Manager is responsible for executing and managing commercial initiatives that drive revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic, complex process improvement initiatives tied to commercial implant execution. Deliver strategic results aligned with division goals and objectives. Evaluate business processes and determine initiatives that yield greater productivity and efficiency. Act as a cross-functional change agent to drive and sustain measurable results. Lead and influence the implementation of best business practices. Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities to increase implants. Identify opportunities to improve ROI. Provide critical analytical support for long-term value creation; determine what must happen or stay on track with an analytical data-first mindset. Collaborate closely with all functions and lead initiatives that increase implants. Present initiatives and results at the Senior Vice President level. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Minimum of 9 years in a related field. Preferred: Power BI Excel and PowerPoint Base Pay Base pay for this position is $113,300.00 - $226,700.00, varying by location.
