Working closely with the Global Sales Director, CCO and wider leadership team, you will refine the North American go-to-market strategy, build a predictable sales engine and become a key member of Resulting's global commercial organisation. Your responsibilities will include:

The pay range for this role is: 110,000 - 150,000 USD per year (Remote - US)

- Proven success in enterprise sales within consulting, technology, SaaS or digital transformation businesses.
- Experience building a new geography, business unit or market from an early stage.
- Track record of personally winning and leading complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise sales opportunities.
- Experience selling to C-level executives within large enterprises.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodology, pipeline management and forecasting.
- Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and a hands-on commercial operator.
- Experience within the SAP ecosystem and enterprise transformation market.
- Existing network of SAP executives, CIOs and transformation leaders across North America.
- Experience selling AI-enabled services, SaaS products or technology platforms.
- Experience scaling a sales organisation from founder-led or early-stage growth to a mature commercial function.
Working closely with the Global Sales Director, CCO and wider leadership team, you will refine the North American go-to-market strategy, build a predictable sales engine and become a key member of Resulting's global commercial organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
Commercial Leadership & Strategy
- Own the North American revenue sales number.
- Define and execute the US go-to-market strategy and territory plan.
- Build a sustainable pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
- Implement MEDDPICC, CRM discipline, sales tooling and operating rhythms that enable scale.
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline insight and commercial intelligence to the CCO and executive team.
- Establish Resulting's brand and market presence across North America.
- Build trusted relationships with CIOs, Chief Transformation Officers, Heads of SAP and other senior enterprise leaders.
- Identify, pursue and close strategic new logo opportunities.
- Develop reference customers and lighthouse accounts to accelerate market credibility.
- Develop and execute account-based strategies into target enterprise organisations.
- Develop relationships with SAP and complementary ecosystem partners to create new routes to market.
- Identify strategic alliances that increase brand awareness and generate qualified opportunities.
- Represent Resulting at industry events, customer forums and executive briefings
