Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to determine treatment needs and goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the client’s unique circumstances and desired outcomes.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client interactions and maintain accurate progress notes.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to enhance client care.

• Stay updated on the latest research, best practices, and regulatory requirements to inform your practice and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including adults, families, and children, who are experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will play a crucial role in fostering resilience and supporting the emotional well-being of your clients, always ensuring that their unique cultural and personal backgrounds are respected and integrated into their treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current and valid state licensure as either an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or an equivalent license.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and communicate effectively in a virtual environment.

• Strong analytical skills for conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Ability to maintain ethical standards and confidentiality throughout all aspects of client care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly regarded.

• Experience working with multicultural populations and sensitivity to cultural differences is preferred.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to $125,000 based on experience and the number of hours worked. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
