Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs, preferences, and challenges.

• Create and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to meet clients' specific goals and aspirations.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy to a diverse adult client population, employing methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused approaches.

• Engage in teletherapy sessions, ensuring quality interactions where you assess clients’ progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, swiftly addressing urgent mental health challenges to safeguard client wellbeing.

• Participate in continued professional development, staying abreast of the latest mental health practices and legislative changes to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide range of clients from various backgrounds, each presenting unique mental health challenges. Our patient population includes adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and life transitions. Your role will directly impact their ability to navigate their mental health journeys, promote recovery, and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in professional interactions.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively to meet client needs and documentation requirements.

• No history of disciplinary actions on board with your licensure body.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community health setting is preferred, but not required.
