Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in work-life balance while maintaining a structured work schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. Our telehealth system is user-friendly and designed to optimize the therapeutic experience for both clients and counselors.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status, employing a range of evidence-based practices.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintain meticulous clinical records, adhering to HIPAA standards and ensuring confidentiality and compliance within our digital frameworks.

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for our clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss patient progress and refine treatment strategies.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions, available treatment options, and relevant community resources.

Qualifications\n
