Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients presenting with acute and chronic pain issues, employing advanced diagnostic skills and clinical judgment.
• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans, which may include the prescription of medications, physical therapies, and referrals to specialists when necessary.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as imaging or laboratory tests, to accurately assess and track patient conditions.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding pain management strategies and preventive care measures.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and coordinated care.
• Maintain meticulous medical records, documenting patient progress and outcomes in accordance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives that enhance clinical processes and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• A current and valid Nurse Practitioner certification.
• An active nursing license in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits
