Work Environment

The successful candidate will work onsite at our modern surgical center, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and facilities that enhance our operational efficiency and patient care capabilities. You will work approximately 40 hours per week within a schedule primarily consisting of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On-call responsibilities may be required on a rotational basis to ensure comprehensive care and 24/7 availability for our patients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough medical assessments and physical examinations specific to ENT conditions, utilizing diagnostic tools to evaluate the patient's health status.
• Diagnose prevalent and complex ENT disorders and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Order and interpret various diagnostic tests, including audiometric tests and imaging studies, to ensure accurate diagnoses.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about treatment options, postoperative care, and preventive measures to promote better health outcomes.
• Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team, including otolaryngologists, nurses, and ancillary staff, to deliver comprehensive care and ensure continuity through effective communication.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards and organization policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with the latest medical research, treatment modalities, and technologies to enhance patient care practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work closely with a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatric to geriatric populations, who present with a wide variety of ENT-related conditions. This role is pivotal in managing common ailments such as allergies, sinusitis, and hearing loss, while also addressing more complex issues that require surgical intervention. We emphasize a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring that each individual receives tailored treatment that meets their unique needs.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Physician Assistant (PA) license is required.
• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trust with patients and collaboration with team members.
• Strong capability to work effectively within a team-based healthcare environment.
• A commitment to delivering empathetic and high-quality patient care and enhancing the patient experience.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Physician Assistant, ideally in an outpatient ENT or surgical setting.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of ENT-specific clinical procedures and assessments.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain thorough documentation and streamline patient interactions.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 250,000 to 350,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
