Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and pain assessments to accurately diagnose patients' conditions, considering their physical, psychological, and social backgrounds.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize a combination of interventional, pharmacological, and non-pharmacological pain management techniques.
• Deliver ongoing support and care to patients with chronic pain, emphasizing their functional improvement, pain reduction, and overall quality of life.
• Tackle acute pain cases resulting from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions, using evidence-based strategies to minimize discomfort and support recovery.
• Prescribe and manage various medications effectively for pain relief while being attentive to risks and patient preferences, and ensure close monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
• Perform interventional procedures such as nerve blocks, epidural injections, and other minimally invasive techniques to manage and alleviate pain.
• Educate patients about pain management strategies, self-care methods, and lifestyle adjustments, encouraging active participation in their treatment process.
• Maintain accurate and updated electronic health records (EHR) that document patient assessments, interventions, medical histories, and ongoing recommendations.

Compensation and Benefits
