Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of students to gather pertinent information about their mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources for additional support.

• Provide therapeutic services including individual, family, and group therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in conjunction with clients' educational goals, emphasizing self-awareness, coping strategies, and emotional regulation.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including school psychologists and counselors, to ensure an integrated approach to care and support.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops to provide students and families with practical tools and resources for managing stress, anxiety, and other emotional challenges.

• Manage crisis situations effectively by providing timely interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning.

• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions and support groups, fostering peer support and shared understanding among participants.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
