Your Key Responsibilities

• Identify promising healthcare candidates using our proprietary platform combined with your own network
• Engage with prospective candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruitment professionals for in-depth evaluations
• Follow up with leads to sustain their interest and facilitate the hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires from your leads

Compensation Details
