Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, which will inform the design of tailored treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies that align with evidence-based practices for various mental health disorders.

• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on interactive and dynamic therapeutic techniques to foster client engagement and progress.

• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and integrated care, participating in case conferences and team meetings.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and recovery resources to empower them in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring the integrity of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds seeking support for mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a therapist, you will engage with clients of all ages, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs while addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, underpinning your expertise in mental health.

• Proven experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a depth of understanding of psychological assessment and treatment modalities.

• A strong grasp of evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions relevant to differing mental health disorders.

• Effective therapeutic and counseling skills, capable of establishing rapport and motivating clients through their recovery journey.

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clear engagement with clients and families.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a clinical outpatient setting, ideally within a team-oriented environment.
