Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients to encourage open communication and facilitate therapeutic engagement.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and relational challenges.

• Design individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each patient, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Lead therapeutic sessions with individuals, groups, and families, employing techniques that promote personal growth and relationship enhancement.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will engage a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families seeking support for various mental health issues. In this role, you will address the unique challenges faced by each client, helping them navigate their paths to improved mental health and relational harmony. The ability to draw on cultural competence is essential, as you will work with clients from varying backgrounds, further enhancing their treatment experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field, is required.

• Current and active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
