Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand clients’ mental health needs. Formulate personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments and ongoing client interactions.

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions aimed at promoting personal growth, healing, and well-being. Techniques may vary based on the needs of the client, and an emphasis on ethical practice will guide all therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure clients are moving towards their desired outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to extend support to clients who may face challenges in accessing traditional in-person therapy.

• Maintain precise documentation of client interactions and treatment processes in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in regular staff meetings and clinical supervision to discuss cases, share feedback, and engage in professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Coping Skills Counseling Service, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including couples, children, teens, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Must possess a current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience is required, ideally in a clinical setting.

• Experience providing therapy to couples, children, adolescents, and families.
