Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and interpersonal relationship challenges.

• Complete thorough diagnostic assessments for clients and develop tailored treatment plans aligned with their specific needs and therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and educators, to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.

• Ensure all client interactions and treatment plans are documented accurately and confidentially in our electronic health record system, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

• Engage in regular participation in clinical supervision and ongoing education to remain current with best practices and maintain licensure.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, prioritizing client safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client base, ranging from individuals coping with common issues such as stress and relationship problems to those facing severe mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience in the mental health field.
