This role calls for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist who holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), ready to support learners with mild to moderate needs across an average caseload of 55. The position offers the chance to work across both MS and HS environments, providing varied experiences and professional growth. With a designated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) assigned on some days at each site, you’ll benefit from collaborative support to maximize student outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license and CCC credentials
• Demonstrated experience in school-based settings, especially with middle and high school students
• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic strategies for students with mild to moderate communication needs
• Skilled in managing caseloads, documentation, and IEP processes efficiently
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
• Comfort adapting to the dynamics of both MS and HS environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to a varied group of students
• Conduct assessments, contribute to eligibility determinations, and write IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
• Supervise or collaborate with SLPA support as scheduled
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with district and federal regulations
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute insight for student care
