Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, you will engage in various therapeutic activities tailored to meet the needs of families and couples. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing evidence-based interventions for concerns such as alcohol abuse, grief, conflicts, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to create holistic treatment plans and ensure comprehensive care.

• Utilizing telemedicine platforms for remote therapy sessions and maintaining proper documentation through our digital systems.

• Regularly monitoring client progress and adapting treatment strategies accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients, as well as adolescents and their families. Your expertise will be crucial for clients navigating challenges such as blended family dynamics, adjustment to separation and divorce, and strategies for enhancing communication within family systems. By addressing these issues, you will foster healing and support clients in achieving personal growth and relationship enhancement.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
