This remote position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 90,000 annually. Work Environment\n

This position operates remotely, allowing for flexibility while staying connected with the team and clients through various digital platforms. Our work hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours based on client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services to clients facing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, ensuring culturally competent care tailored to individual needs.

• Actively participate in team meetings and case reviews, contributing to the collective approach towards client well-being and team objectives.

• Engage respectfully with clients from diverse backgrounds, enhancing therapeutic relationships through understanding and adaptation to their unique traditions and beliefs.

• Manage client caseload effectively within the organizational and financial frameworks of Polaris Behavioral Health Center and external healthcare systems.

• Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines established by the social work profession and Polaris, maintaining confidentiality and promoting trust.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop and implement treatment plans focused on choice, empowerment, and improved outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will directly impact clients experiencing a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and substance abuse issues. You will utilize comprehensive assessment tools to gauge risk and effectiveness of interventions, allowing you to craft strategic, tailored approaches to each client's distinct situation.

• A valid and active LCSW license to practice in Florida.
