Position Senior Executive Assistant – Administrative Solutions This is a hybrid role. The selected candidate must live within a commutable distance to the Boston office and come into the office every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to team members, including: Coordinate and prepare agendas, materials, and follow‑ups for meetings and events, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Manage complex travel logistics across multiple time zones, including air, ground, accommodations, and contingency planning. Provide real‑time travel support to ensure seamless coordination across teams. Assist with online retrieval and archiving of documents and support the company’s records and retention schedule. Create, format, and refine presentations, reports, and internal communications with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment. Maintain shared documentation systems, including digital filing, retrieval, and compliance with retention policies. Leverage advanced tools like ChatGPT to streamline work, enhance productivity, and support dynamic problem solving. Serve as a go‑to resource for technical troubleshooting and digital productivity tools. Partner with Leadership Team Executive Assistants to ensure success in all areas. Interact with individuals from all levels of the organization. Lead special projects as required. Qualifications Solid knowledge of administrative procedures, software applications (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, etc.) and records‑management systems. Excellent organizational, time‑management, and detail‑orientation skills, including anticipating needs and being resourceful and proactive. Professionalism with confidential information, tactful communication, and strong relationship building. Diplomacy and tact in responding to complex situations and challenging people. Associate’s degree (or equivalent) and 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience at the management level. Investment‑related experience or background is a plus but not required. About Us Pay Philosophy The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. The full salary range reflects the competitive labor market value for this position across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
