Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions, employing crisis intervention techniques and evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, reflecting the psychosocial factors influencing clients' mental health.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in adherence to organizational and legal standards, including progress notes that inform treatment adjustments and outcomes.

• Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to create and revise treatment plans, outlining discharge strategies that ensure continuity of care.

• Establish relationships with local community resource leaders to represent our clinic and enhance the support network available to patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, adults, and older adults facing an array of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will help address the unique needs of various demographic groups, providing compassionate care that respects cultural differences and promotes healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• An active license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years of therapeutic experience in an outpatient setting, with specific focus on crisis counseling and family therapy, is essential.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills to navigate complex client cases.

Compensation and Benefits\n
