About the Role

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a relevant field, at least 8 years of experience in nonprofit organizations, and a proven track record in fundraising and financial management. The ideal candidate will have a background in advocacy, community health initiatives, or public health systems, and experience working with volunteer-driven or medical volunteer models.
