Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, devising treatment plans that address their unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as strength training, functional exercises, and manual therapy, to alleviate pain and restore movement.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring that both treatment efficacy and patient responses are tracked accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and improve therapeutic outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on recovery processes and the correct use of assistive devices to enhance mobility and independence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
