Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Educate patients on recovery strategies, including exercise regimens and preventive care measures, promoting self-management.
• Document and monitor patient progress accurately within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including orthopedic surgeons and primary care physicians, to ensure comprehensive patient care and facilitate continuity of treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily focuses on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions. You will engage with a varied clientele, including active adults seeking rehabilitation as well as elderly patients needing assistance with mobility challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, in good standing, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, demonstrating a solid foundation of orthopedic rehabilitation.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques to enhance patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
