Werde Teil von Sollit – wir suchen einen Account Executive (m/w/d) für den deutschen Markt Sollit wächst – und wir suchen eine motivierten Account Executive, der unsere Expansion in Deutschland aktiv mitgestaltet. Unsere SaaS-Plattform unterstützt InstallateurInnen bei der Optimierung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse. Zusätzlich betreiben wir einen spezialisierten Marktplatz für InstallateurInnen und entwickeln KI-gestützte Tools – ein Produktportfolio, das seit der Übernahme von Zolar Installer Services im Oktober 2025 noch stärker geworden ist! Wir suchen keine reine „Logo-SammlerIn“, sondern jemanden, der oder die strategisch denkt und genau weiß, welche KundInnen für nachhaltiges Wachstum entscheidend sind! Verantwortlichkeiten Du gewinnst aktiv neue KundInnen – mit Gespür für Marktbedarfe und Potenziale des Kunden Identifikation & Akquise von Neukunden in Deutschland Kaltakquise (Telefon / E‑Mail / ggf. vor Ort), Follow‑ups, Pipeline aufbauen & pflegen Durchführung von Produkt‑Demos / Präsentationen Mitgestalten unserer Vertriebsstrategie: was funktioniert, was nicht – Prozesse optimieren. Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams (Produkt, Technik, Marketing), um Feedback einzubinden und das Angebot fit zu machen Du identifizierst Chancen, organisierst Events und baust Partnerschaften für z.b. Webinare auf Du schreckt nicht zurück, wenn’s mal um Kaltakquise geht? Du denkst agil, hast Prozesse im Blick und brennst dafür, gemeinsam etwas Großes aufzubauen? Was Du mitbringen solltest Erfahrung im Software Vertrieb – idealerweise auch in der Kaltakquise Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Proaktivität und Hands‑on‑Mentalität – du packst auch beim Messeaufbau oder bei Events mit an Analytisches Denkvermögen – du kannst strategisch mitdenken, Zahlen interpretieren und neue Ansatzpunkte erkennen Teamgeist und Eigenverantwortung – du arbeitest gerne im Team, übernimmst aber auch selbstständig Verantwortung Hunger auf mehr – du willst wachsen, lernen und dich weiterentwickeln (z. B. in Richtung Teamleitung) Interesse oder Begeisterung für Künstliche Intelligenz, digitale Produkte und idealerweise in die Energiewende Offenheit für verschiedene Branchen – du kannst dich schnell in neue Märkte hineindenken Ausbildung: Ein Hochschulabschluss oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss – wichtiger sind deine Motivation und Fähigkeiten Was Dich bei uns erwartet Ein engagiertes Team aus SpezialistInnen, das unsere Lösungen genau kennt Erste KundInnen, mehrere Produkte und ein funktionierender Marktstart Zwei BDRs, ein partnerorientierter Vertriebler und ein Hunter zum sparren Kundenzentrierte Produkt- und Tech-Teams, die deinen Erfolg aktiv mitgestalten Was wir bieten Ein Vergütungspaket mit Altersvorsorge, einem Grundgehalt und einem Bonusplan ohne Obergrenze Ein attraktives Gehaltspaket mit einem unbegrenzten Bonusplan und Altersvorsorge.
