Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized tools and clinical insights to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other innovative approaches based on clients’ unique requirements.

• Set realistic and achievable therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, regularly monitoring and documenting their progress to adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy options for clients opting for virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience while maintaining quality therapeutic engagement.

• Uphold professional standards by maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, treatment goals, and ongoing evaluations to comply with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n
