Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, focusing on pre-crisis and crisis intervening strategies, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation in alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in conjunction with our clinical team to effectively gauge client needs and inform treatment decisions.

• Collaborate with other team members and programs to formulate and put into action positive behavior support plans, enhancing client outcomes.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Serve as a liaison for clients with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate access to resources and support.

• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to uphold contract standards while promoting the mission of Serenity Support Services within the community.

• Foster relationships with local and state agencies to advance our programs and seek new partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through conferences, workshops, and representation of the agency in various forums.

• Embody and reinforce the agency's mission, values, and principles through daily interactions and responsibilities.

• Undertake additional duties assigned by the Clinic Director to support team goals and client service.

Qualifications\n
