Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients, including crisis plans and behavioral guidelines.

• Document all client interactions and treatment processes efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure quality care.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools as determined by the clinical team to regularly assess client progress and adapt treatment approaches.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that facilitate client growth and recovery.

• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating our commitment to high-quality care.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure comprehensive support networks.

• Maintain clear and effective communication pathways to uphold contract standards and promote our mission within the community.

• Develop relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to enhance program visibility and seek potential funding opportunities.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending conferences, pursuing further education, and representing the agency in community meetings.

• Uphold and promote the agency’s mission, values, philosophy, and principles in every aspect of your work.

• Complete other duties as needed, as directed by the Clinic Director, to support the operational goals of Long Beach Counseling Services.
