Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs, guiding the development of comprehensive treatment and crisis plans that include behavioral and medication management strategies.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.

• Establish and maintain communications with relevant state agencies, community partners, and service systems to support client needs and program efficacy.

• Engage in activities that promote professional growth, including attending workshops and conferences, and representing Serenity Support Services in various professional forums.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to team success and operational excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The mental health counselor will work with a diverse array of clients, including those with mental health disorders, substance use challenges, and varying degrees of developmental disabilities.
