Sie sind verantwortlich für:
- In Zusammenarbeit mit den Account Managern verkaufsunterstützende Beratung beim Kunden über die technische Realisierbarkeit eines Projektes, inkl. Anforderungen an das Netzwerkdesign
- Einbindung des Solution Architects bei komplexen IT- und Netzwerk Projekten
- Kalkulation der Projekt-Implementierungskosten
- Unterstützung der Account Manager hinsichtlich technischer Realisierung bei Angebotserstellung und Auftragsprüfung sowie Freigabe vor Buchung
- Leitung von Kick-Off und Abstimmungen (Fremdgewerke, Kunde, Account Manager)
- Steuerung aller Planungsaspekte eines Projektes
- Festlegung der Starttermine, Projektdauer und Übergabeterminen
- Erstellung der Projektablaufpläne
- Koordination Installationsabläufe (Techniker, Clinical Application Spezialist, Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, Fremdgewerke)
- Überwachung der Projektkosten (Material- und Arbeitskosten)
- Durchführung der Systemübergaben an den Kunden
- Steuerung umsatzrelevanter Termine als Basis für den wöchentlichen Sales Forecast
Qualifications
- Abgeschlossener Bachelor- / Masterabschluss der Medizintechnik, Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Patienten Monitoring
- Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement wünschenswert
- Netzwerkkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse über das relevante Produktportfolio (Patienten Monitoring, Vernetzung)
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Sozialkompetenz
- Erfahrungen in der Führung von Mitarbeitern – auch nicht disziplinarisch – sind von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
