Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Better Living Behavioral Health Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient needs.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care and maintain comprehensive patient records.

• Educating patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, fostering understanding to promote adherence and recovery.

• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing structured evidence-based interventions to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Developing and refining treatment plans in partnership with the patient and the multidisciplinary team, focusing on individualized goals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
