Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently looking to fill a Talent Acquisition / Recruiter position for the Staffing side of our business. In this role, you'll have free reign over how to find candidates, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to attract the best talent. Responsibilities: Screen and interview candidates for a variety of positions, both contract to hire and direct hire. With authority over your work, you'll be responsible for coordinating interviews, negotiating terms of employment, and maintaining relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: Experience in the staffing/talent acquisition field preferred Experience in recruiting, sales, or similar field required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer proficiency. Knowledge of customer service best practices with at least 3 years of experience. Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs. Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g., fax machines and printers). Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be a team player with the ability to build, foster, and nurture relationships with members of cross-functional teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
