Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Four Winds Therapy, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health issues. Our focus on trauma-informed approaches ensures that we meet clients where they are, respecting their backgrounds and experiences as we work together toward recovery. We also prioritize pediatric mental health, understanding developmental considerations across the lifespan.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.

• Current licensure in Washington State as an LMHC or LMHC-A.
\n
• A minimum of one year of experience in behavioral or mental health settings, demonstrating the ability to apply effective therapeutic techniques.

• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and proficiency in research-backed therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Compliance with confidentiality standards and ethical guidelines.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proficiency in utilizing technology for documentation and patient monitoring.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
