Our client, a growing financial services organization, is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join its Total Rewards team. This is an excellent opportunity for a compensation professional who enjoys analytics, market research, and compensation program administration while gaining exposure to executive-level initiatives and a rapidly expanding business. The Compensation Analyst will support compensation planning, market pricing, reporting, salary benchmarking, and annual compensation cycles. This role will partner closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to ensure competitive and effective compensation programs across the organization. Responsibilities Conduct market pricing and compensation benchmarking analyses. Support salary reviews, merit increases, promotions, and bonus programs. Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for HR leadership. Assist with job evaluations and salary structure administration. Maintain compensation data integrity and reporting tools. Support compensation initiatives related to organizational growth and acquisitions. Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation-related inquiries. Qualifications 3+ years of compensation, HR analytics, or related experience. Financial services experience preferred, but candidates from technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other industries will be considered. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency. Experience working with compensation data, market surveys, and reporting. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
