Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, through in-person and virtual sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, develop effective treatment plans, and maintain ongoing documentation including treatment plan reviews and progress notes in accordance with our company policies.

• Exhibit excellent customer service by building strong relationships with clients and fostering an environment of trust and safety while working collaboratively with our dedicated team to fulfill our mission.

• Utilize creative strategies and interventions tailored to client needs, empowering them to set, pursue, and achieve realistic and meaningful goals.
\n
• Complete a minimum of 25 client-facing visits per week, ensuring comprehensive service delivery while maintaining a balanced workload.

• Coordinate care by collaborating with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to client wellbeing.

• Engage actively in clinical staff meetings, training sessions, and community outreach efforts, contributing to our shared knowledge and teamwork.

• Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from the Clinical Director, adhering to a professional communication standard.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with clients facing a range of mental health challenges, with the focus being on underserved populations who might otherwise have difficulty accessing care. As an LCSW, your role will not only involve therapy but also facilitating connections between clients and additional resources that can aid in their recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline required.

• Must possess an active and independent Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.

• Demonstrated experience in clinical documentation, including initial assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, reflecting the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.

• Proven ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries in a therapeutic setting.

• Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 130,000 annually, accompanied by comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
