Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical function and mobility issues, closely analyzing each individual's condition.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address specific orthopedic issues, utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.
• Monitor patient progress throughout treatment sessions, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation exercises, strategies for injury prevention, and the importance of adherence to home care regimens.
• Document all patient interactions and clinical assessments in accordance with organizational protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with referral sources, physicians, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure seamless patient transitions.

This role specifically serves patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New York.
• Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
