Required Skills & Experience
• \t5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager role\n•\tConversational or bilingual in English & Spanish\n•\tWorking knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices with the ability to apply policies consistently\n•\tExperience using HRIS, payroll, benefits, or applicant tracking systems and maintaining confidential employee records\n•\tExperience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management in a fast-paced environment\n•\tStrong communication, judgment, organization, and confidentiality with the ability to work effectively with employees and leadership

Job Description
• \tManage full-cycle recruiting and hiring for office, field, operations, and management positions\n•\tCoordinate onboarding and offboarding including orientation, employment paperwork, personnel files, and separation documentation\n•\tManage employee relations including workplace concerns, coaching, corrective action, investigations, and documentation\n•\tMaintain HR policies and procedures and support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment requirements\n•\tCoordinate benefits, leave, and workers' compensation and communicate employee changes with payroll, finance, and benefit partners\n•\tSupport performance and compensation processes including reviews, job descriptions, promotions, and wage or salary changes\n•\tCoordinate employee training and development and help managers track required training and workforce development needs\n•\tMaintain HRIS records and HR reporting and support staffing and employee integration as NECC adds locations or acquisitions
